Powers Inc Code of Conduct I.Responsibilities:
1.)Primary Responsibilites
A. Powers Inc members are responsible for helping his/her guild members anytime the
opportunity arises, regardless of the situation or stature of a member,the length of
membership or the need in question,all needs of guildmates are to be met first.
B.Membership into Powers Inc is for the player,and not the ingame character.
C.All characters owned by a member must be sworn into the guild.(screenshots of login screen
may be requested prior to joining) and ALL characters are to be listed on the forums where
a search of any character can be made and ownership established.
2.)Secondary Responsibilities
A.May include,but are not limited to,the defense of the Igloo,Stonehold,Phyntos Menace and
other areas/resources in proximity to Stonehold,Vissidal Isle drop,Path of the Blind and
our current hometown.
B.Aiding and protecting allies from other pk guilds, with quests, and in general when the
time arises do not show fear in raising arms for an ally.DIs are easier to come by than honor is to maintain.

II.Rules to Live by
1.) Unacceptable Behavior
A. Members of Powers Inc shall not engage in any of the following:
a.Engaging in combat with the intent to loot any player that is not a member of a hostile
guild,or a known tkiller/hacker/thief without provokation.
b.Theft (of any kind) of ingame property or accounts.
c.Logging (of any kind) as a means to avoid combat.
d.Neglecting the defense of guildmates and/or allies,friendlies when in combat whether real
life or ingame RPK friends are the aggressor or not.

III. Etiquette(association with Random-Player-Killer(s))
A. It is not against this COC to associate with known RPKs/enemies of Powers Inc while
ingame.It is however,against this COC not to abide by proper etiquette.Proper Etiquette is
to be defined as the following conditions:
1.It is suggested that ingame gatherings with friends that are/or associated with, known
RPKs/enemy guilds are to be done in secluded,low traffic areas.
2.If you encounter other players that are members of a guild that is associated with our
allies/friendlys that attack your RPK friend,defense of that friend is expressly forbidden.
3.Fellowing with (in other words promoting the advancement of the member of an enemy guild
by aiding his/her gain of XP) is forbidden.
4.Aiding the member of an enemy guild in questing endeavors (in other words promoting the
advancement of the member of an enemy guild by aiding his/her gain of an essential item that
will be used against a member of Powers Inc or allies/friendlys is also forbidden.

IV.Enforcement of Diplomatic Listings:
1.) Every known guild on Darktide has a diplomatic listing with Powers Inc.
2.) There are three diplomatic listings that a guild may have with Powers Inc:
A.Friendly - a member of a guild with no hostile relationship with Powers Inc.
B.Hostile - guilds who either actively random kill players or further the advancement of
guilds who randomly kill other players.
C.Undecided - a guild who's political stance has not yet been evaluated,has displayed
evidence that encounters with its members should be taken with caution or is currently
undergoing a political policy change where a listing of "undecided" would cease hostilities
while that guilds stance is re-evaluated.
4.) ALL members of guilds listed as hostile are to be attacked without any discretion with
the intent to loot all possessions that the individual drops on death.
5.) Failure to attack members of guilds that are listed as hostile with the intent to loot
all possessions that the individual drops on death is expressly forbidden with the
following exceptions:
A.The member who belongs to a guild listed as hostile is Identified while on a trade mule.
B.The member who belongs to a guild listed as hostile is a personal association and the
requirements of condition III are met.
C.The member of Powers Inc that indentifies the enemy is not in a position to attack the
enemy (VP,burdened,rares in inventory,etc.)

V. Mansion Rules.
1.)DO NOT SIT AT THE MANSION BEGGING FOR HELP WITH XP.if no one is available to help
you,then hunt what u can while waiting for available help.1 xp per hour is greater than 0.
2.) NO PLAYFIGHTING IN FRONT OF MANSION.do not cast any spells or engage in any melee/missle
action that may cause the loss of hp in the FRONT of the mansion.either move to the side or
behind the mansion.

VI. Final Thoughts
1.) It is a priveledge to be a member of a guild. Do not take advantage of your guildmates
kindness.
2.) Helping a guild member helps the guild as a whole have another person able to raid, help
level your chars and so on.
3.) USE THE FORUMS. If your going to be gone for a while and don't want to lose your house
post how to get to your house. and when your rent is due.
